• Managing a team of around 25 people which looks after providing Online solutions to our clients such as E-bay, Yahoo, Mercantila, IVG Stores etc.
• Preparing online catalogues for the products that our clients sell on basis of there requirement.
• Managing the roster for the team solely.
• Preparing error reports on daily basis.
• Maintaining Daily MIS and reporting to seniors.
• Managing delivery schedule and attending calls on weekly basis with client
• Was also responsible for managing Quality Team which basically looks after final check of the data before delivery.
• Integral part of selection committee.
