Maybe the two friends that I was reminded again. I tried to search on Facebook. I enter the keywords ani (with the letter i) and parameters of Kediri location where the original first. Many names are similar to it but not him I was looking for. Half desperately. Because I've tried looking for him since the beginning of the year 2010. Via Facebook or Google where I used to ask something. I even tried to call the number that I've noted in a diary. Number he and his father's number. All the numbers were not known anymore. The search was stopped in mid-February 2010. Well, Sunday's (21 / 3) I tried again. Now at Google. I combine with quotation marks to search for terspesifisikasi again. Eg name Ani Princess Oktaviani (not her real name), yes I wrote in Google's "Princess Ani Oktaviani". Nah can, yes I changed again. Now "Ani Putry Oktaviani", enggak can too. I tried with "Annie Princess Oktavianti", bingo ...! Found! I still hesitated. But the two parameters that characterize she was there. Full name and location in Bandung. The most surprise for me, there's a phone number, too. Steady, trading children juga nih. Road business brain. I immediately contacted her. After the greeting, a voice from the other side. I still enggak ngeh. Right nih Any? I asked carefully, "Mom, is this correct Any mother who had never been to school in Indramayu and Jatibarang?" He seemed to look puzzled. But surprisingly she had guessed my voice. "Riza yah ...!" Hebat euy ... Well ... the search has ended. I was quite pleased to find it. Jada jadda wa Man. I believe it's right, if people who are working hard to achieve something, he'll get the results. At some point he will get. After that I asked her follow-up join and upload old photographs on Facebook. Many junior high school friends were waiting. I immediately inform the meeting to friends. I sent the number to them. Sony AK vs. Sony Corp |

A few days ago, I read my twitter timeline and found that a bloger named Sony Arianto Kurniawan being sued by Sony Corp., through its legal authority in Indonesia. The reason Sony Corp. is demanding that Sony AC using domain names that allegedly violated regulations - regulations that apply on the brand. I heard the news I immediately contacted my colleague Ari Juliano, because it seems Ajo office will be the legal counsel of Sony AK. Why do I call? Because if this is true of Ajo's office will be the legal counsel of Sony AK, then I am willing to become one of the team's legal counsel for Sony AK if the case continued to move toward trial. I think, the problem is it's demands are reasonable, but if the Sony Corp. in this case represented by a legal representative did not return to see is there a basis for suing Sony AK because of the similarity name? I imagine if it was not because of the similarity just a matter IPR. My own name is also used by an Indonesian company, because of - because I was asked to name common name change? no wonder if the chicken gives a special picture for this case:) I hope Sony AK remained strong against the pressure of this unnatural indeed. |
