Based on the script that you have written, look for the directors who have previously worked with such sort of telugu scripts, based on the treatment the director has done previously for the script, if you are satisfied with their work and you have confidence in your own script that it can make a mark commercially and give a charismatic feel to the audience. Then you are waiting for a break, every script has its day so dont worry about the delay it takes.
If not today some business group will be accepting it somewhere down the line, there are many producers who have creative directors but are looking for some sort of good scripts that are readily available.
If you have confidence on the script leave out the casting to the Producer and Director as they are the experienced people who can guess the market standards.
But dont be so flexible, if you feel something is not good go for it, else you will be like a typical critic who cries over the split over milk.
Next step for you is to catch a telugu movie producer or a banner that accepts scripts. Puri jagan or shekhar kammula have their own banners like Vaishno academy and Amigos respectively similarly there are n-number of movie banners. but dont be desperate to have it done by anybody.
Wait for the right person in order to get the right result, else it will be like a chicken half boiled and served without all the ingredients. Script is only the base flavour, there are other required flavours to be added by the right people starting from director, cameraman till the distributor.
if all are added in the right quantities, then it makes what is called a good telugu film from a good telugu script.

Hey Some good news for telugu script writers
The websites like passion for cinema has started the script sections in their websites which can give a fair outlook of how the scripts are being written in the telugu and hindi movie industry. Are they good or pathetic..it can be very well judged.. kudos to the creative masters who are sharing their hard work over the web.
Based on the training course material and the examples that were shown, i have drafted few of my own conclusions of how a standard script has to be written before registering at some of the places.
The standard format of writing the telugu script has 4 sections

1. Scene Header
2. Scene direction
3. Dialogue
4. Camera

Example:
Camera: Fade in ; Fade out ; Cut In ; cut out
Scene Header: Unknown house Sieberra Day
Scene direction indicates the path the camera will follow based on the story line, this is the initial scene before a dialogue starts
Dialogue
it has 3 parts: Expression, Actual word and narrator
So repetition of the same set in a sequential manner will generate the script, usually a script would consist of somewhere around 200 - 250 scene headers and the script would be somewhere around 140 -150 pages.
Once the script is developed before giving to the production manager, it is a good practise to indicate the locations and the period of the script.
In the summary of the script it should indicate
whether the telugu script is a Family Drama/Romance/Action Thriller
what would be the time period of the script
What is the cast?
What are the different locations that the picture would require how many indoors and how many outdoors?
What is the assumed cost of the project?
Brief summary about the project and outline of the story

Any language script would follow these steps, and would be a good practice to have all of them done before registering the script.
