Next Question asked to her was to tell her best qualities. She replied that it is honesty and hard work. She also told them that it is her hard work that has brought her to this extent. Today everybody wants shortcuts. Few want to take the long route. To do hard work you need patience. Hard work and success are two side of the coin. There are exceptions to this law also but this happens to 1% of people. 99% succeed with their hard work. Success favours the hard working person. It may take time. Ask any of the successful celebrities in any field. They would tell hard work contributed the most in their success.

When she finished another member asked her what she would do for the place where she is going to be posted? Her answer was very convincing. I was also convinced by her answer. She replied that first thing that she would do is the thing which is needed the most by the people there. Then she would do as the needs arises. This was a very tactful answer. An officer needs to be tactful. I would say he/she should do whatever is necessary to complete his/her words. This will create a good image in front of the people there. Again by her great answer she won the hearts of all the interviewers.

Next question that was asked to her was a difficult one but again her answer won the heart of the interviewers. The question was her father was caught giving a bribe. When she would become an officer she would use her powers to drop the charged against her father. She agreed that her father was caught giving a bribe but the charges against her father has still not proven in the court. She also said that she had a lot of believe in the law. She would take the help of the law. She would recruit the best lawyer. You can’t call a person a culprit until the charges against him/her are proven in court. It is a test for her to prove her father innocent. The truth comes out only if you go to the grass roots. A person who is going to become an officer in government or state has to have faith in the law. That was a great answer. This shows her presence of mind. Every word spoken by the girl created a vibration in my body. Not even a single word was contradictory. Every word showed her knowledge and her belief in the law. Her answer also showed her confidence. When she was answering she looked straight in the eyes of the interviewer. Her head was still. A comment for cricket lovers, whenever a player plays a good shot his head is still.

“That was the last question. Your interview ends here. Your today’s success would become an example to the other girls.” An interviewer told her. She greets the interviewers and goes out of the room.

One of the scenes that influenced me the most was when she was with her teacher who taught her and father. One of the panel members came and praised her. She also gave her blessings. From the moment her interview started she started impressing the interviewers with her answer. She never let the interviewer take the command from her. She commanded the interview.
