Srinagar, capital city of the mesmerizing state of Jammu and Kashmir, is situated at an altitude of around 1730 meters above sea level. The most favored destination of a Srinagar tour is the Dal Lake. This magnanimous lake houses a small community with boat houses and numerous shikaras.
